Studio Hire for Meetings
Booking Policy
By booking studio hire at Communally Curative Creatives, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment All hire must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on or before the day of hire (cash or card accepted). 2. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your booking. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be transferred to another available date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the hire date will forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full hire fee at our discretion. If we must cancel your booking (e.g. unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. 3. Use of Space The hirer is responsible for leaving the studio clean, tidy, and in good order. Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original position unless otherwise agreed. Any damage to the premises, equipment, or displays will be charged to the hirer. The space may only be used for the purpose agreed at the time of booking. 4. Health & Safety Hirers and their guests must comply with all health and safety instructions. The maximum number of attendees must not exceed fire safety limits. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Any electrical equipment brought in must be safe and in good working order. 5. Liability We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Hirers are liable for any damage caused during their booking. Hirers running workshops, classes, or events are responsible for their own insurance and risk assessments. 6. Selling & Display Space For artists hiring window or shelving display space, fees are payable monthly in advance. Commission or rental terms will be agreed in writing before display. All items must be clearly labelled with the artist’s name and price. 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
